Vape Devices

Manufacturing Faults: Devices that are unable to pull due to a verified manufacturing fault may be eligible for replacement or refund if reported within 48 hours of purchase.

Battery & Charging: Vape batteries need to be charged for 15-20 minutes before use. Short battery life or charging issues will only be considered if reported within 48 hours and deemed to be a fault.

Normal Use Conditions:

Tasting liquid on the tongue is considered normal and does not qualify as a defect.

Build-up on the mouthpiece is also normal and may cause a tighter pull but does not indicate a fault.

Claims will be accepted only  for these claims must be made within 48hours:

Cracked glass bottles

No claims will be accepted after the initial purchase for cosmetic or packaging issues.

General Terms

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days upon inspection and approval.

• Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
